Life Plan: From Measurable Impact to Responsible Growth

In collaboration with the non-profit organization The Social Incubator, SLB, a global technology company, proudly supports the Life Plan in Romania, a program designed to help vulnerable young adults build stability, independence, and a future they can sustain on their own. Since its early stages, Life Plan has supported 76 young adults, each with a unique story, each representing far more than a statistic.
For many participants, Life Plan has been a turning point after years marked by uncertainty. What may look modest on paper becomes powerful when each number represents a young adult who has gained confidence, direction, and the tools needed to move forward. At the heart of the platform lies a simple belief: every individual journey matters.
Building independence, step by step
Life Plan provides structured, personalized support that focuses on long-term outcomes rather than quick wins. Young adults are supported across essential areas of life, emotional resilience, life skills, education, employment, and housing solutions, creating a foundation for sustainable independence that lasts well beyond the program itself.
Between 2020 and 2025, this approach has translated into tangible, measurable impact:
- 1,742 individual sessions of social assistance and psycho-emotional support
- 1,416 psychological counseling sessions supporting healing and personal growth
- 305 vocational counseling sessions guiding participants toward sustainable careers
- 105 job market mediations connecting young adults with employment opportunities
- 228 educational, financial counseling, and coaching sessions
- 124 workshops focused on emotional management, relationships, self-awareness, and skill development
- 38 company visits, helping participants build confidence and understand workplace realities
- 35 young adults continuing their journey as ambassadors, giving back to the program
From proven impact to responsible growth
Between 2024 and the end of 2025, Life Plan went through a significant transformation phase, evolving from a proven, high-impact initiative into a structured, scalable platform built for long-term sustainability.
With the official release of the Life Plan Platform in December 2025, the program entered a new chapter: one focused on responsible growth, without losing the depth, quality, or personalized care that define its success.
During this critical transition, SLB became a key partner, supporting the strengthening of the platform’s foundation and helping build the structures needed for sustainable expansion. This collaboration enables Life Plan to attract additional partners, extend its reach, and support more young adults with the same consistency and dedication.
