New Management of the Petroleum Club of Romania

The members of the Petroleum Club of Romania (PCoR) gathered for the Annual General Assembly at Petroleum & Gas University Ploiesti on March 26th, 2026. They approved the documents submitted to vote and elected the new Managing Board of the Association for the 2026 – 2028 period, as follows: Karl Leidenfrost (CEO, HABAU Romania), Horia Enciu (President of the Board, UPRUC-CTR), Lavinia Iancu (CEO, Industry Media Vector), Robert Cruceru (Attorney-at-law | Energy, Cruceru Law Firm), Constantin Ivanschi (Senior Account Manager, Honeywell Romania), Alin Dinita (Rector, Petroleum and Gas University of Ploiesti), Catalin Coraci (CEO, Valrom Industrie). Roxana Gureanu was re-elected as Auditor for the next two years.

The Petroleum Club of Romania is non-governmental, apolitical and non-profit association established in 2001 to protect and promote the interests of the energy industry in Romania and the region. The Club provides an ideal forum for those working in the oil, gas and energy industry who wish to cultivate and foster relationships with their colleagues at the highest levels.

Members of the Club are top leaders of the energy sector, but also include representatives of academia, financial, consulting, and legal specialists, among others. Petroleum Club has organized regular events, identified the most relevant topics, invited appropriate keynote speakers, and created an environment conducive to discussion and debate. The Petroleum Club agenda of events serves as the platform for this dynamic sector, thus offering the members the opportunity to better communicate their message to the rest of the industry as well as to each other.

The Board of Directors offers a diversity of backgrounds and talents that is invaluable in providing oversight for the operations and representation of the membership’s interests.
