Adrem Group: EUR 70mn in Revenue for 2024 and over 70% Business Growth Planned for 2025

Adrem Group continues its process of consolidation and accelerated development, closing the year 2024 with solid financial results: total revenues of EUR 70 million and a net profit of EUR 6 million. The group of companies starts 2025 with consolidated revenues of EUR 21 million in Q1, an increase of over 25% compared to the same period of the previous year. For this year, the company aims to expand its operations and continue to invest in strategic projects that support the modernization of the energy system, the digitisation of infrastructure, and the development of integrated and sustainable solutions.

The results from 2024 and Q1 of the current year are evidence of consistent effort and a clear direction that we have been taking for a long time. We are growing through sustained investments in solutions, competences and partnerships that address the real needs of the industry. We believe we have all the necessary resources—human, technological, and visionary—to be a reliable partner and an active player in Romania’s energy transformation,” said Corneliu Bodea, CEO of Adrem and President of the Romanian Energy Center.

In the first quarter of 2025, Adrem Group recorded sustained growth and is strengthening its position in the energy services market through recently launched strategic projects that reinforce its chosen direction of modernizing energy infrastructure. One such project is an EPC-type contract executed by Adrem, targeting the connection of a new 140 MW wind power plant in Vaslui County to the National Energy System (SEN), developed by PPC Renewables Romania, part of the PPC Group. As part of this partnership, Adrem will provide the power evacuation solution for the Deleni and Viisoara Nord wind farms, including design and engineering, SCADA automation, construction-assembly work, and connection to the SEN.

Additionally, Adrem Group achieved a national first by implementing Romania’s first advanced Asset Management system dedicated to utility companies—a fully integrated digital solution that centralizes data from multiple platforms into a single ecosystem, developed specifically for two of its partners.

Beyond these achievements, the group has accelerated the development of EPC projects, as well as initiatives in digitisation, smart metering, design and execution of electrical installations, grid maintenance, automation, and integration of renewable energy production.

For 2025, we anticipate consolidated revenue growth of more than 70% for Adrem Group compared to 2024, supported by strategic investments and the expansion of our portfolio. We continue to invest in technology, digitisation and team development, strengthening partnerships and actively contributing to Romania’s energy transition with sustainable solutions and top-level expertise,” added Corneliu Bodea.

Adrem plays a key role in preparing Romania for the energy transition and shifting the mindset towards sustainable consumption, with respect for people and the environment. Therefore, in the long term, the group is committed to tackling climate change, promoting sustainable development and supporting Romania in its energy transition—contributing to a cleaner and more welcoming planet for future generations.
